If you would like to take part in our wellbeing sessions but find that our free access courses are not the right fit for your situation, we also offer private one-to-one and group sessions. You may have a specific health and wellbeing need that you would like to address, or you may wish to engage in our activities for your own personal interest.

Respite Days
Respite Days for groups include a range of active, mindful and creative practices tailored to your needs. We may incorporate activities such as cooking lunch together over an open fire, natural art and crafts, wildlife identification and tracking, shelter building or foraging, and of course boiling the kelly kettle for a fresh air cuppa or two.

Creative Practice Sessions
A Creative Practice session is the perfect way to connect with ourselves, each other and the natural world. We offer these group sessions in our most popular activities; you could learn to weave a beautiful willow basket, make charcoal and draw, forage, or cook together on the open fire.
1:1 Deeper Nature Walks
During this 75 minute session we enter a framework of regenerative ecopsychology. You are supported and guided to deepen into your reciprocal relationship with the living world, which in turn may offer healing.
Through reconnecting with this most ancient of relationships the transpersonal or eco-spiritual aspect of ourselves may be accessed. Going beyond the self as defined by habit and society we may experience a much greater depth of perspective and connection. A moving, beautiful, illuminating journey awaits. Also available through remote practice.
